I picked this up a few years ago after my time in service when I wanted an affordable and powerful sidearm in my home. One of the best things about this pistol is the 12 round mag capacity for the standard size mag. For a 45 that is one of the highest capacities on the market.
I have never had an issue with jams or miss fires with this weapon even after putting about 300 rounds through it in a couple hours at the range. The weapon cools very effectively as well despite all the rounds the heat dispersed rapidly. The pistol is weighted perfectly even with an empty mag I never feel any drop in the front of the barrel.
This is a perfect full use pistol for your arsenal, it ranges in price anywhere from $300 to $600 depending on sales and extras. For a 45 it is very easy to handle even for novice shooters making it a very versatile sidearm for the whole family.
